Rayo Legal

Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Rayo, funding a wallet, making payments, applying as a vendor, and interacting with the platform.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rayo mobile app, website, wallet services, vendor tools, and related features.

By registering for Rayo, accessing the app, or using any Rayo service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account eligibility and accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, OTPs, device access, and transaction PIN secure.

You may not create an account or use Rayo on behalf of another person or business without authorization.

Use of the service

Rayo provides digital payment and reseller tools, including wallet funding, bill payments, and vendor services. We may add, remove, or change features as the platform evolves.

  • Customer accounts may browse and use supported services subject to account verification and platform rules.
  • Vendor onboarding is subject to review, KYC checks, approval, and continued compliance with platform requirements.
  • Airtime pricing and certain platform controls may be fixed or adjusted by Rayo administrators.

Payments, balances, and reversals

You are responsible for confirming beneficiary details, vendor details, mobile numbers, and payment information before authorizing a transaction.

Wallet balances, payouts, and service delivery may be affected by provider availability, compliance checks, fraud review, settlement cycles, reversals, or technical failures.

Rayo may delay, reject, reverse, or investigate a transaction where there is suspected abuse, invalid data, duplicate requests, funding issues, or a legal or provider-related requirement.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, interfere with other users, or use Rayo for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

  • Do not provide false identity, KYC, or bank account information.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential sharing, scraping, automated abuse, or reverse engineering of restricted parts of the service.
  • Do not use Rayo to process transactions that violate applicable law, payment rules, or third-party provider requirements.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, reject, or terminate accounts, vendor applications, payouts, or transactions where we detect risk, policy violations, failed verification, abuse, or legal and compliance concerns.

If an account remains unverified for too long or no longer meets platform requirements, access may be limited or removed.

Disclaimers and liability

Rayo works to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continuous availability of every provider or payment channel.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rayo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of the service, delays from external providers, or actions taken to protect the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated terms apply from the time they are posted or otherwise communicated through the app or website. Continued use of Rayo means you accept the revised terms.
